Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment. Taught by certified and specially trained fitness instructors, it is a great workout for any level of exerciser. Stroller Strides instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed to entertain and engage baby, while moms are led through a series of exercises specific to her role as mom.

FIT4MOM Kitsap Run Club is the perfect way to start running or add to your existing running routine!

Run Club+ is our 8 Week Training Program to add to your routine and receive training and education on how to achieve your goals or start from the beginning! Offering 5K, 10K and 1/2 Marathon trainings. Email us for more details and dates on our next training session!

Saturdays at 8 am. Our Saturday run location varies. All runs are stroller friendly!

Run Club+ consists of a live kickoff event where you will receive information, resources, and training plans to get you ready for your race. You will get a personalized plan for at home training for 8 weeks and education on how to get the most out of the program. We have a private Facebook group for accountability, motivation, and peer support. You will be invited to come to 2 weekly meet up runs during the 8 week session besides our kick off and race! Locations of meet ups will vary.

Race is the Viking Fest Road Race 5 mile/1 mile on May 16th. Race fees sold separately.
