How do I place my membership on hold or cancel it?

If you wish to cancel your FIT4MOM KITSAP membership. Please email kariemorton@fit4mom.com to change the status of your membership. All requests need to be received in writing and will be asked to fill out our Cancel my Membership Form. Memberships will be placed on hold for the maximum of 3 months. We have a 5 day cancelation policy, if you need to cancel your membership.
