I was raised half in Portland and half in Spokane. Now living in Poulsbo.
2. Stroller Strides member since June 2016
In my defense there was a lot of options and I am not so good at picking one. That being said, I have a B.A. in Art History, History and Spanish with a minor in Geography. All from Eastern Washington University. Go Eags!
I coached high school soccer through college, worked in costuming for the theater department and financial aid. After graduation I had a stint at Verizon for 3 years and now work for the Department of Social and Health Services in Port Townsend. Still trying if to find my "career."

6. Furthest you've been from home
I studied abroad in Spain for a month. It was A-mazing.
7. Why did you decide to try out FIT4MOM?
I was struggling a little with finding my "inner mom" and went online looking for moms groups in Poulsbo. I was sold on the getting back in shape and being able to take my daughter with me. I ended up finding a community of moms that rock motherhood to a level I didn't know was possible.
8. What has FIT4MOM done for you?
FIT4MOM has helped with my confidence more than anything. The weight loss is awesome but it was having the support and role models within the groups, I cannot imagine a better group of strong and empowered women. Ladies you are a force unto yourselves.
9. Favorite Exercise
Mostly anything involving core.
10. Three (3) of your favorite things (besides family)
I cannot decide if cheese or wine should go first and then that brings me to bread... pasta goes good with bread. While we are on the subject of carbs: POTATOES. Hmmm so food, challenges (love these), and snow.
11. Your hobbies (besides FIT4MOM of course)
Soccer, reading, running, cooking (not much of a baker)...

I can be talked into doing just about anything, especially if the words "bet you can't" are implied or stated in front of said activity. Five more burpees? Yeah sure you betcha.
